| Class Policy There will be a minimum of 3 students required for all classes. Enrollment begins 3 weeks prior to the start of the new session. Space is limited, please enroll early. A wait list will be used if necessary. We reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. Early Registration is recommended!! Class Make-up Policy You are allowed one make-up class per session. All make-ups must be made up within the current session. You must call to schedule your make-ups as availability is limited. There will be no refunds Payment Policy All tuition checks must be received before the start of the upcoming session. We will post signs up on entrance doors when payments are due. Please include the gymnast’s name on all checks A $5.00 per family late fee will be charged if tuition is not paid before the first day of the session. There is a $30 return check fee. We will accept cash, checks and Visa/MasterCard. Payments can be mailed to the office or hand delivered at the front desk. Inclement Weather Policy We do not necessarily follow the Culpeper County School closing schedule. We will make individual judgments on such days. A message will be left on our answering machine by 8 am on that morning. Use your own judgment about driving conditions if we are open. Discounts 2nd child/class discount - 2nd child/class gets $10 off (no discount on registration/insurance fee) 3rd child/class discount - 3rd child/class gets $15 off (no discount on registration/insurance fee) A $10.00 credit will be issued for all referrals. New families MUST mention member’s name on registration form. Apparel Children should be barefoot and wear loose comfortable clothing. Hair should be tied back. No jewelry. Auto Billing Program We are beginning an optional payment program that will automatically enroll your child into their next session class. We will keep your credit card information on file and charge it at the beginning of each session. You may cancel in writing 30 days prior to the start of the next session.
